So you’re interested in becoming a Villager?
Every family’s journey starts by joining our waitlist. Tell us about your child, your preferred days and when you’d like to start. When a place becomes available, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Our enrolment process
Here’s what happens after you apply.
1. Join our waitlist
Submit an application through our online waitlist form and tell us the days and preferred start date you’re looking for.
Minimum booking:
A minimum of two days per week, including a Monday or Friday.
If you have flexibility with your days, let us know. It can sometimes help us find a place sooner.
2. Receive an offer
When a place becomes available, we’ll send you an offer outlining:
- Days
- Start date
- Room
- Daily fee
If the proposed days or start date aren’t suitable, let us know. We’ll do our best to find another option.
3. Complete your enrolment
Once you accept your offer, we’ll invite you to complete your enrolment in OWNA.
This is where you’ll:
- ✓ Complete your child’s enrolment details
- ✓ Upload required documents
- ✓ Pay the $80 enrolment fee
- ✓ Bond added to your account
- ✓ Child Care Subsidy information
4. Get ready for your first day
Once your enrolment is confirmed, we’ll organise your orientation visits so your child can settle in before their first day. You’ll also receive your Welcome Pack and Family Handbook, so everything is ready for day one.
Then it’s time to become part of The Village.
